I’m not exactly an expert, but the prices seemed really good compared to other places I checked. I ended up saving some money, and the gear has been holding up well so far. Seems like it was worth it.

I got exactly what I ordered and nothing was missing. I did take a minute to look through everything just to be sure, but it all checked out. it felt nice to have the order be right without any hassle...

"Customer service took a couple days to respond"
I ordered some dive gear and had a quick question about shipping, but it took around two or three days to hear back. I ended up sending a second message before anyone replied. To be fair, the person who finally got back to me was nice and helpful, but by that point I was already annoyed. The gear itself seems fine so far, I just wish their customer service was a bit quicker to respond.

i mean, the mask and fins feel really solid and well-made. Nothing about them feels cheap, and I’ve been happy with the set so far...

"Honestly, the in-store visit was disappointing"
I stopped by the store and ended up feeling ignored. I waited around way too long without anyone checking in or offering help. I don’t know if they were short-staffed or what, but whoever runs this really needs to figure out the customer service side of things.

I was able to find the gear I needed, so the site does its job, but it felt like I had to put in a bit more effort than expected. Checkout was slow too, which made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be.

"Exchange was fine, just slower than expected"
The exchange did go through in the end, so I want to be fair and say it wasn’t a bad experience overall. The process worked, but it took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. If the timing were quicker or updates were clearer, I’d feel much better about it.
